(2) What I have found that works best is to first shield the required armature magnet in such a fashion as to shunt 80 to 85% of the flux of each magnet of each stator being used. The amount of bleed through the my special one way magnetic shielding technique is critical to getting the armature magnet to properly release under the right load, and the right time. I strongly suggest you get one stator working first, otherwise it's going be next to impossible to study cause and effect between the like pole, especially when it comes to tweaking the right angle in relationship to each other.

Once you have replicated my
stators to perform the same way you see in my video titled,
Part 1: One Way Magnetic Shielding - The Holy Grail you need
to position the newly shielded stator magnet in such a way, that
when the armature magnet passes by the stator, that the armature
magnet passes just close enough to where the armature magnet is
naturally attracted to the shielding of the stator magnet, despite
you allowed some15% of the flux bleeding through shielding of the
same pole.-->This adjustment is very tricky at first. However, once
you get the placement just right, a whole new world of possibilities
This simple but ingenious process has managed to coxes two like poles of the worlds most powerful magnet in very close proximity of each other without the aid of force.
But were not out of the woods yet as there is still one magnetic phase left to complete.
Like I pointed out, we have coxed the armature magnet in close proximity to the stator magnet and without force of any kind, despite that both poles are of like pole, comfortably passing each others point of center without the dreaded sticky spot., or have we? The last part of the equation that makes the armature magnet completely follow on through to pass the stator magnet is yet another ingenious, yet simplistic answer.
The shielded stator magnet must be long to the point past center axes, that as the armature magnet starts to reach the end of the shielding, that by the time the flux fields starts to climb back up above the 15% mark, that the the armature will be be way past the point of center. Once this happens, the two like poles begin to see each other's field, they will suddenly begin to repel away from each other.
Now either at this point you are thinking, why didn't you think of this, or worse yet, you're one of those who never believes anything until they actually see it work, no matter how convincing it sounds, right?
If you are are truly following along here, and I do mean real closely, than you would realize there is something extra going on here that I failed to spell out in all of my previous videos.
As you might recall, I had two magnetic videos that YouTube deemed inappropriate, and thus YouTube banned those two videos, and going so far as to threaten me with total suspension of my account if I posted any more of my Contoured Magnetic Runway Plate Videos. What few to no one ever knew about my research until I posted this up online right here in the answer to the question that started this lone explanation, that the shielding on the stators acts as a magnetic runway plate, just that they are not contoured in this explanation.
Thus when you factor in extra long surface area of the shielding for the stator, in now get to have your cake and eat it to. Because now the magnetic runway plate concept is built right into the shielding of your stator. If all of this was not already intriguing enough, the next logical step is to arch the shielding of the magnetic runway plates to match the contour of the circumference of the outer axes.
But wait, theirs more... the stator magnet does not need to run the full length under the contoured shielding, rather only towards the end of the, Contoured Magnetic Runway Plate!
There are some additional, but important tweaks here that require a machine shop or a very creative inventor, whose savvy at molding and fabricating some special shims, along with other important tweaks like the thickness of one end of the metal shielding needs to be two to three times thicker on the other end.
Through the variation of the thicknesses of metal starting at one end, that by by the time the armature reached the other end, it's a completely different thickness of steel. This simple but added factor adds to even greater inertia, which in turn, greatly helps to accelerate the armature magnet clean through the awaiting stator that is fitted with a contoured magnetic runway plate.
At this point, if you don't have the right formula for the correct tapper, this ingenious ideas turns right around and back fires on you. I also forgot to mention that magnetic runway plate actually have not one, but two points of tapper?
I hope my explanation was not to hard to understand, especially without diagrams and blueprints that are only found in the eBook.
